Conditions of participation
- The competition is organized by Post CH Ltd.
- You can take part in the competition free of charge if you play our “My consignments” pinball game and complete the corresponding form between 1 October 2024 and 30 November 2024.
- You are not allowed to participate in the pinball game more than once. Multiple submissions by the same person will be counted as a single participation and will not confer any advantage. In order to participate in the competition, all requested information must be provided truthfully and in full. If this is not the case, you may be disqualified.
- Only natural persons who are resident in Switzerland and over the age of 18 are eligible to participate.
- Three standard configuration ST2 Pinion e-bikes from the company Stromer will be given away. Free choice of the Sport or Comfort versions or a specific frame size is not guaranteed. Each prize is worth 6,990 francs (RRP as at August 2024).
- The winners will not be determined by their points score in the pinball game, but by a prize draw from all competition participants to be held by 13 December 2024. They will be informed of their win via e-mail. The winner will be contacted exclusively via the contact details provided.
- The prize is issued exclusively as a material prize. An exchange or payment of the prize’s value is not possible. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. Any right of appeal is excluded.
- Participants’ data (player name, last name, first name, e-mail address) will be treated confidentially and in accordance with data protection legislation provisions. The data provided by participants as part of the competition will be used to conduct the competition in due manner and to send further information about the “My consignments” service. Swiss Post is exclusively responsible for the data processing.
- Personal data will be processed by our service provider C WIRE Ltd on behalf of Swiss Post. The digital platform and related data processing will be located exclusively in Switzerland. All data will be deleted after the competition and related customer communication on “My consignments” have ended, i.e. no longer than six months after the competition has been completed. Participation in the competition requires unreserved acceptance of these conditions.
- By entering your personal data, you agree that Swiss Post and its service provider C WIRE Ltd may use this data in order to run and evaluate the competition. Moreover, you agree that Swiss Post may use the data to provide you with further information about the “My consignments” service. Swiss Post’s Privacy Policy also applies.
- The participants consent to these conditions of participation.
