“My consignments” is an online service from Swiss Post that enables you to actively manage and track your parcels and registered letters. You will also receive free notifications about the status of your consignment by e-mail or push in the Post-App.

Simply click on [Register now], create a SwissID login and confirm your address. You will then be able to use all options. Detailed instructions can be found under [Registration in three steps]. By the way: by registering for “My consignments”, you also have access to all other Swiss Post digital services.

For secure access, we use the SwissID login solution. SwissID is a service provided by SwissSign, a data security specialist by Swiss Post.
The verification of your address serves to protect your consignments and ensures that only you personally canmanage your delivery. This prevents misuse by third parties and ensures that no one has unauthorized access to your delivery information or delivery management options. Verification is required once – you can then use the service securely and conveniently.
It is best to report your move to Swiss Post online in the customer portal. This will ensure that your account remains up to date and you can use “My consignments” as usual without any additional effort. An exception to this is the permanent settings, which may no longer be available at your new address. You will need to reorderthese.
In this case, it will not be possible to manage parcels and registered letters, either individually or permanently.
No. The use of “My consignments” is free of charge for you. However, we offer paid services within the platform. For example, a small fee is charged for delivery to an upper floor.
You can manage your consignments online or in the Post-App. The easiest way to do this is to follow the link in the notification or open the consignment in question in the Post-App. Further questions about consignment management can be found here
No, management only makes sense if nobody is at home and we are unable to deliver your parcel, e.g. in the mailbox. Without management, delivery is carried out by Swiss Post as usual. By managing a consignment where necessary (e.g. depositing a parcel against signature), you enable us to deliver the consignment at the first attempt. This saves you additional effort, such as collection from a Swiss Post branch. This not only saves time, but also additional journeys and unnecessary CO2 pollution.
As soon as a consignment is on its way to you, you will receive notification, e.g. by e-mail or push notification in the Post-App. You can then adjust the delivery preferences for the consignment. You can also configure permanent settings at any time.
We recommend installing the Post-App. This will make it easier for you to access the “My consignments” service and other Swiss Post digital services.
