Manage your returns easily in no time at all.
Pack the goods, affix the shipping label and have the parcel collected by Swiss Post free of charge at your home or at an address of your choice.
Here’s how it works Done in 4 steps
- Pack the goods well: Use the original packaging. Enclose the return form from the mail-order company.
- Affix the shipping label: Stick the shipping label (business reply item label or with barcode number 99.01.xxx) received from the mail-order company onto the package.
- Register for collection: Register your parcel for collection online via the Post-App. To do this, you need to be registered for “My Post”.
- Make the parcel available for collection
Of course, you can also drop off your parcels at one of our 2,800 acceptance points (Swiss Post branch, My Post 24).

With the Post-App, ordering a parcel collection is even more convenient. Simply scan the barcode number with the Post-App scanner, request a collection, prepare the parcel for collection. Done.

You can participate in the contest by answering three questions about the “Returns” campaign and submitting the appropriate form. All persons resident in Switzerland over the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Only one entry per person is allowed. Employees of Swiss Post are excluded from participating. Participation in the contest is free of charge and free of any obligation to register for the pick@home service. By taking part in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.
All correct answers received between 3 January 2023 and 12 February 2023 will be entered into a prize draw for three iPads 2022 (10th generation) worth CHF 669.00 each.
The draw will be held on 15 February 2023 and the winners will be notified via e-mail. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition. The prize may not be exchanged or paid out in cash. The prize is not transferable. Any right of appeal is excluded.
